On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Lake Forest Estates Improvement Association, Inc., the Covenant Committee will enforce the Act of Restrictions & Covenants of the subdivision. Please complete this fillable Covenant Committee Act of Restrictions Code Violations Report Form when reporting any code violations in our subdivision. A photo documenting the violation is required and can be uploaded in this form. Please provide any additional documentation as needed.
